Q 1. Why do you need my proof of identification to process the transaction?

Please note that our payment processing gateway requests proof of identification before processing the credit card transaction. They perform the KYC process (Know your customer) to ensure that the cardholder is aware of the transaction. This helps us eliminate the risk of fraud / orders for stolen cards.

You can provide any of your governments. Proof of identification issued showing your billing address (this could be your driver’s license / passport). You can delete the identification number or any other information. They just need to verify the photo, name and billing address.
