When an order has this status, it means that your order has not been approved. You can contact us to complete the transaction process or you can just ignore the order if you want to cancel the same.
When an order is in this status, it means that the order has been delivered to our pharmacist and after examining the details of the order, the order will be sent to our shipping service.

- One of the products is out of stock.
