We accept checks / money orders or you can pay with eCheck (only for US customers). For larger orders (more than $ 1,000 USD), we also consider the use of a Bank Transfer / Check / Money Order, however, you must contact us Click to send an email before placing the order.

Sending a check or money order for your medication online is the slowest way to send us payment and, as a result, will affect the speed of your order. We will not be able to process the order until payment has been received and, depending on the country from which the payment is sent and if it is a new or existing customer, there may be even more delays while we wait for the payment to be made. We recommend that if you send your drug payment by mail, you should always use a registered service, preferably with a tracking number so that we can track it in case of delays.

Our charge will appear in the name of “Natural Seller” or “Ultra Health.” We are working with several banks, therefore, the name of the position may differ. We send the payment confirmation email once the order is approved.

This is quite possible and the reason is because some of our banks do not charge in US dollars but in other currencies, such as the euro. Because currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, the amount charged will not be exactly the same as what is shown on your bill. In fact, in many cases it will show less, since every day we underestimate the exchange rate to give you a small discount before charging you. Of course, some banks also like to take their commission for these transactions in multiple currencies and, if your bank is like that, they may also charge you additional fees. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything to avoid this, but if for some reason your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the amount you paid, contact us  and send a copy of the account statement (fax or email) and we will do our Best effort to rectify the matter by applying an account credit.

If you received a double charge, accept our sincerest apologies. Sometimes there is a communication error between our website and the bank and, as a result, the website will try again automatically causing a double charge. Many times we will notice it before you do so and we will refund you immediately, however, if you notice the error before us, let us know and we will issue the refund without delay.
