The refund may take seven to ten business days to appear on your credit card. Many times it will appear in just three business days, but sometimes there are bank delays that are beyond our control and for this we apologize in advance. If you have not received your refund in seven to ten business days, be sure to contact us immediately so we can follow up with the bank and find out why.
