Many people are about to review their diets for the new year, but most of those good intentions will collapse and burn. That is because those changes will be too extreme, not to mention punitive. No sugar or dairy! No carbohydrates after 1pm! Nothing in a package! When those resolutions disappear quickly, it may seem that you failed.
It’s a new year, and the need to push the restart is real. At this time, diet programs are selling you a lot with the promises of a “new you.” So, should you bite?
